Insurance & Billing Transparency

We dedicate one hour of staff time for every hour our doctor spends with you to ensure accurate insurance billing—from verifying coverage at check-in to managing post-visit claims.

Despite these efforts, insurance companies may still issue unexpected bills, which are unfortunately beyond our clinic’s control

Time-of-Service Discount for Uninsured or Non-Covered Procedures

For uninsured patients or procedures not covered by insurance, we offer a time-of-service discount, ensuring your cost is at or below what commercial insurance would reimburse us.

You can compare our rates with other local facilities using Fair Health Consumer.

Why We Cannot Offer Discounts to Insured Patients

If you use your insurance, we are legally required to collect the full patient responsibility amount per our contract with your insurer. Offering discounts in this case would be considered insurance fraud.

We understand that this policy places an unfair financial burden on both patients and physicians. If you would like to see changes in how insurance companies handle patient costs, we encourage you to contact your local state representatives to advocate for greater accountability from insurers.
